Sustainable High Performance Without Self-Sacrifice
Corporate Speaking
I deliver energising, no-fluff keynotes and workshops that help leaders and teams perform under pressure without burning out, emotionally checking out, or losing confidence along the way.
When people feel grounded, confident, and in control of themselves, they communicate better, make stronger decisions, and lead with clarity.
My work focuses on exactly that: self-leadership as the foundation of high performance.
Organisations Book Me When They Want Their People To:
- Navigate pressure, change and growth without breaking down
- Protect their energy in demanding environments
- Lead with presence and authority
- Present and communicate with confidence
- Build cultures rooted in accountability, trust and resilience
Who Am I?
I’m Camilla Collins – Confidence & Self-Leadership Coach, Corporate Speaker and Published Author.
For over 15 years, I’ve led teams and built businesses in fast-paced, high-pressure industries where expectations are high and burnout is common.
I know first-hand the cost of performance without self-management and what it takes to reverse that pattern.
As the founder of two creative agencies, I’ve spent my career operating in environments that demand constant visibility, emotional intelligence, commercial performance, and resilience under pressure – the same demands facing modern leaders.
Alongside this, my background in endurance sport (competitive bodybuilding, marathon running and OCR racing) has shaped my approach to mental discipline, identity and long-range performance.
The stamina required to run a marathon or build a business from scratch? It’s the same stamina required to lead well, communicate clearly, and stay steady when everything around you is moving fast.
My work now bridges psychology, self-image, boundaries, energy and behaviour change – helping professionals strengthen how they lead themselves, so they can lead others more effectively.
What I Speak About
My keynotes and workshops address the real internal challenges that directly impact performance, engagement and retention:
Energy, Pressure & Burnout Prevention
Practical self-management tools to sustain performance, reduce overwhelm and protect capacity in demanding roles.
Because you can’t lead well if you’re running on empty.
Boundaries, Focus & Self-Leadership
How to manage time, emotional load and decision fatigue so your people lead with clarity rather than exhaustion.
Confidence & Self-Image at Work
Helping professionals communicate with authority, trust in their voice, and show up without self-doubt or over-performance.
Confidence isn’t a personality trait, it’s a skill that must be built.
Imposter Syndrome & Self-Sabotage
Identifying the unseen patterns holding high performers back and replacing them with grounded and confident action.
Resilient, Accountable Workplace Cultures
Supporting leaders and teams to build environments where people feel safe, capable and ready to step into responsibility without hand-holding or micromanagement.
Why Organisations Book Me?
Relatable & Commercially Grounded
I bring real leadership experience, not theory without context.
I’ve built businesses, led teams, and navigated the same pressures your people face.
Outcome-Focused, Not Abstract
Every session connects personal confidence to performance, communication, leadership and retention.
No fluff, just tangible and applicable tools.
Psychologically Safe, Personally Challenging
People feel safe enough to be honest, and supported enough to change.
I don’t shy away from the hard conversations, I welcome them, and create the container for them to happen safely and constructively.
Sustainable, Not Short-Lived
My work focuses on long-term behavioural change, not temporary motivation.
We’re building new patterns, not just riding a post-event high.
Tailored to Your Context
I don’t deliver cookie-cutter content.
Every session is shaped around your team’s specific challenges, language, and goals.
What works for a law firm won’t work for a tech startup, and I adjust accordingly.
Outcomes You Can Expect:
- Stronger communication and presence across teams
- Reduced burnout symptoms and better energy management
- Increased confidence in leadership and client-facing roles
- Greater emotional intelligence under pressure
- More accountable, resilient workplace cultures
- Improved clarity around priorities and decision-making
I work with organisations who are ready to invest in their people’s inner foundation, not just their external performance metrics. If your people are stretched, stressed, or showing up less confidently than they’re capable of then let’s have a conversation.

Keynotes
NEW for IWD 2026
Sustainable Giving
For years, we’ve celebrated women for how much they give.
Their resilience. Their capacity. Their ability to hold it all together.
But what if the very thing we praise is the thing burning them out?
This powerful and thought-provoking International Women’s Day keynote challenges the cultural narrative that equates capability with self-sacrifice.
Fron working with high-performing leaders and research into achievement as a survival strategy, this talk explores how over-functioning, over-giving and over-responsibility are often mistaken for leadership, and why that model is costing organisations performance, retention and wellbeing.
Because accelerating action doesn’t mean doing more.
It means building sustainable success without self-abandonment.
This is not a talk about doing less. It’s about no longer using doing to feel safe… which changes everything.
Your people will leave with:
A clear understanding of the difference between sustainable giving and self-sacrifice and why capability should not require personal cost
The ability to recognise when being “the reliable one” has turned into over-responsibility and invisible labour
Language and confidence to stop defaulting to fixer mode without feeling guilty, selfish or less committed
A reframe of ambition and understanding how to lead from self-worth rather than survival or pressure
The business outcome?
Fewer high-performers silently burning out.
More visible, promotable leadership behaviours.
Stronger boundaries, clearer roles, and healthier team dynamics.
Confidence & Clarity in Times of Change
Uncertainty doesn’t just affect strategy, it affects psychology.
When environments shift, even capable professionals can begin to question themselves. Decision-making narrows. Urgency replaces clarity. Confidence becomes conditional.
This session explores what happens to performance under pressure, and why stability must come before strategy.
Rather than focusing on tactical career advice, this talk equips people with the psychological steadiness required to navigate change with intention rather than reaction.
Uncertainty does not remove capability, it sinply tests the relationship people have with it.
Your people will leave with:
Practical tools to regulate reactive responses and avoid panic-driven decisions
A framework for reconnecting with transferable value and internal security
Greater clarity in decision-making during periods of change
The ability to articulate strengths confidently without over-explaining or shrinking
The business outcome? Calmer decision-making.
Reduced emotional reactivity during transition.
Employees who move forward with clarity not crisis energy.
The Hidden Cost of Achievement
High performers are often praised for their capacity, their reliability, and their ability to hold it all together.
But what if the very behaviours that built their success are now quietly driving over-responsibility and invisible strain and burnout?
This keynote explores the psychological pattern behind over-functioning – why capable professionals default to pressure, over-giving, and control when uncertainty rises – and how that impacts leadership, retention, and long-term performance.
This is not a talk about doing less… it’s about no longer using achievement as a safety strategy.
Your people will leave with:
A clear understanding of the difference between sustainable performance and self-sacrifice
The ability to recognise over-functioning before it becomes burnout
Language to set stronger boundaries without losing credibility
A reframe of ambition rooted in self-trust rather than pressure
- The business outcome? Stronger leadership capacity.
Reduced burnout risk among high-performers.
Healthier, more sustainable cultures where capability does not require personal cost.
