DAY 1

ROUTINE CREATION & PLANNING

Task time: 30 mins

You’ll learn about sleep and hydration and how to hit nutrition goals with ease. I’ll be revealing some little tricks to hit those water goals easily, get that quality shut eye in each night, and continue eating the foods you love on a daily basis.

By the end of Day 1 you’ll have created a perfect repeatable weekly routine for yourself along with a weekly meal plan, and shopping list ready to go.

DAY 2

MOVEMENT & MOTIVATION

Task time: 20 mins

On day 2 you’re going to discover how to get some leverage on yourself and start every day full of energy and motivation.  You’ll learn how to increase your daily activity with minimal resistance, in fact, you’ll barely even notice you’re doing it!

By the end of Day 2 you’ll have an exciting plan of action for the following morning and be buzzing for the next day to roll around!

DAY 3

OVERCOMING PROCRASTINATION

Task time: 30 minutes

Day 3 will see you building upon the idea of getting leverage on yourself from day 2, and I’ll be sharing some very simple, but highly effective, self motivation tactics to overcome procrastination and GSD (get sh*t done.) 

By the end of Day 3 you’ll have squared up to procrastination, stared it right in the face, and got that damn thing you’ve been putting off finally done! 

DAY 4

TIME BLOCKING & MANAGEMENT

Task time: 30 minutes

Day 4 is going to restore order to your life like never before. You’re going to learn the magical powers of time blocking which creates more time in your day, increases your self-confidence, and ensures you only do the things you need, and want, to do.

By the end of Day 4 you’ll have time blocked the first week of 2023 and be feeling energised, confident and motivated. 

DAY 5

CELEBRATION & CHALLENGES

Task time: 15 minutes 

On day 5 we’re going to have a bit of a party celebrating your wins of the last 4 days!  And the momentum won’t stop there. You’ll be exploring ways to regularly challenge yourself and continue building your energy, motivation, and self-confidence.

By the end of day 5 you’ll be FULL of high vibes and have 6 challenges for yourself written out ready to hit the ground running with in January.
